Inserting, removing insoles
• To place in shoe, squeeze the middle of the insole on both sides and slide into your shoe.
• Make sure insole is sitting flush in the bottom of the shoe.
• To remove, slide your finger down one side and roll it towards you. It will lift out easily.
For long-lasting insoles
• Don't submerge insoles in water. Use soap and water to clean the top cover. No alcohol or chemical agents needed. Keep insoles away from salt water, which breaks them down.
• Check the top cover periodically since it tends to wear before the entire insole. When a high wear area starts to break down, call to have the top cover checked and replaced. If you wait too long, your insoles may be too worn and need to be replaced. New top covers cost $30 a pair.
• Take your insoles out of your shoes to air them, especially if your feet perspire a lot.
• Insoles last approximately 2 years, depending on your weight and activity level. For example, if you wear them for an 8-10 hour work day, then use the same insoles for sports, the insole lifespan will be shorter. |
